How to Get Vietnam Visa in 3 days

Nowadays, a Vietnam Visa For Indians is straightforward and affordable prices. 

Vietnam provides multiple types of visas for tourists, Businesses, etc. 

So, let’s find out how to get a visa for Vietnam. 

There are mainly two ways we get a visa. 

1. E-Visa (Online Vietnam Visa) 

This is the very best and most convenient way to get a visa. 

How to get E-Visa (Online Visa):

First open Vietnam evisa – National portal on Immigration (xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn) which official Vietnam visa website as shown below image.

Now click on For Foreigners it will redirect you to a visa application process form. As shown in the below image.

Here it shows the price of the visa application form $25 for single entry and $50 for multiple entry (You can in and out from Vietnam multiple times). 

Now just click on confirm and click on the next button. It will redirect to fill the information page. as shown in the below image.

Now you need two documents.  

  1. Your passport-size photo is not more than 2 MB 
  1. Your Passport front photo is not more than 2 MB

Then just fill in your Personal Information  

Like Previously you go to Vietnam and then after your passport expires and you renew your passport you have to select “Have you ever used any other passports to enter into Viet Nam?” and just add old passport details. 

Previously these three questions were not there they just added them. 

Just fill in all the details like Passport information, Contact Information, and Occupation. 

Then there is one section Information about the trip over here you have to select tourism which is default selected. Then date of entry and from where you are entering Vietnam here you must select Exactly where you are entering Vietnam because you are only allowed in the checkpoint is mentioned here so first select then fill in the details. 

Then just add a captcha click on the I agree checkbox and then click on the Review application form it will open your filled form with photos and details. 

Must verify all the details and click submit it will redirect to the payment page here you can pay via Credit or with a debit card. Just to confirm your international transaction is allowed with the required limits. 

Then you get an email with your registration code (Shown in the image) with the help of this code you can track your application status.

After verification is done by Vietnam officials, they can approve and reject your application. About 99 % of applications are approved and 1% who lack details to fill are rejected. 

You can check your visa status by clicking on E-visa search – National portal on Immigration (xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn).

Here you just enter your registration code which you got in your email, your email id, DOB, and captcha, and click on the search button. 

It will show you a status like Processing or Approved or Reject. 

If after 3 to 5 working days, you still show status processing then just mail to E visa support Mail which is in your email. 

Sometimes it will take 6 days then I recommend waiting for 6 days then mail to support. 

Once you receive approved mail just download your visa and print out that. You have to show it to immigration officers After checking your visa and passport immigration officers stamp your passport and you are free to enter Vietnam. 

 

2. Visa on Arrival: 

This is a second option to get a Visa to Vietnam. This visa you can get this after landing at the airport there is a separate counter for a Landing Visa or Visa On arrival. 

Just take the below document with you. 

  • International Covid Certificate (You can get this by login into the Cowin site and downloading the international certificate by entering your passport number) 

 

Suggestion: I suggest taking an E-Visa is very convenient and in Vietnam airport, there is a long queue for immigration and visa on arrival. So, this will save your time.
